Agnes Fagerudd Analyst

Agnes Fagerudd

Analyst
Agnes is an analyst at AVA with a focus on investor relations and financial communications. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business & Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, specialising in accounting and leadership. As part of her education, she supplemented her economics studies with an exchange semester at Sciences Po in Paris, where she immersed herself in political science. Agnes most recently comes from Dagens industri, where as a journalist she has built up a deep understanding of the capital market and strong communication skills, which she combines with her interest in financial analysis and strategic communication. She spends her free time at the gym, in the company of a good book or around a dinner table with friends and family.

Alexander Paziraei

Managing partner
Alexander is the founder of AVA Corporate Communications. With solid expertise and many years of experience, Alexander has worked with a large number of leading listed companies during his career. He has extensive experience in financial communications, investor relations, sustainability and digital solutions. Previously, he was CFO and senior consultant at Oxenstierna & Partners. Alexander graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics and also studied industrial economics at KTH. In his spare time, Alexander spends most of his time on the tennis court and golf course, as well as with family and friends.
Carl Ryden Analyst

Carl Ryden

Analyst
Carl is an analyst at AVA specialising in financial communications and investor relations. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master's degree in industrial engineering and management from Linköping University. Carl has a keen interest in finance, corporate strategy and the capital market, and keeps up to date with new trends and investments. He has previously worked as a management consultant at Triathlon Group on international projects and also has experience from internships at Siemens Energy and Gränges. In his spare time, Carl enjoys playing golf, working out, skiing when the opportunity arises, and spending time with family and friends.
Cecilia Schröder Art Director

Cecilia Schröder

Art Director
Cecilia is an experienced art director and graphic designer specialising in print and digital media and illustration. She trained at Central Saint Martins in London, Berghs School of Communication and Forsbergs Skola in Stockholm. With over eleven years of experience in annual reports, she has worked for listed companies, public organisations and non-profit organisations. Her career started at Studio Jag in Gothenburg and then continued at Oxenstierna Partners in Stockholm. Cecilia combines her sense of form, colour and detail with strategic thinking and delivers high quality design solutions throughout the process. In her spare time she finds inspiration by painting, running and spending time with her family, dog and in nature.
Christian Hall Senior Advisor

Christian Hall

Senior Advisor
Christian is a Senior Advisor with a broad expertise in Investor Relations. After working for a long time as an equity analyst in the banking sector, Christian chose to switch sides and has worked as an IR advisor for a number of years. He has previously worked in IR at both Academedia and Folksam. Christian's expertise includes creating, formulating and communicating clear messages for investors and building trust with the capital market. Christian has a background in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time in nature, perhaps with a golf club in hand, or spending time with family and friends.
Christopher Thell Analyst

Christopher Thell

Analyst
Christopher is an analyst at AVA with a focus on investor relations and financial communications. He is currently completing his final semester of his bachelor's degree at the Stockholm School of Economics. Christopher has previous experience from Söderberg & Partners, where he worked with financial flows and improvement initiatives, and from Spotlight Group, where he worked with financial analysis related to capital raising and IPOs for growth companies. These experiences have contributed to a strong interest in how companies build value, navigate change, and communicate with the capital market. In addition to finance, he also has a keen interest in entrepreneurship and innovation. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. 

Edvin Höglin Forsberg

Designer
Edvin works as a designer at AVA, primarily with brands and digital solutions. He has a bachelor's degree in informatics, specialising in graphic design and web development, from Jönköping University. Edvin previously interned at Troax Group as a graphic designer, which gave him experience of how listed companies work with design and communication both in Sweden and internationally. Alongside his studies, he has also carried out design assignments for other companies in brand development and content creation. Edvin has a keen interest in design and in his spare time he enjoys exploring his own projects in visual communication to continue developing and discovering new ideas. In addition to his interest in graphic design, he enjoys spending time at the gym, at concerts or with friends and family.

Emma Höjman

Analyst

She previously worked at Swep International in accounting, where she was responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily financial flows. She has also been involved in a major project aimed at implementing AI-based automation in accounting. This experience has strengthened her interest in future technologies and their strategic impact on companies. Emma studies Business & Economics at the Stockholm School of Economics. Her strong commitment to the finance industry has, among other things, led her to be a driving force in the Women's Finance Day project, where she has worked to highlight and inspire more women in the sector. Outside of work and studies, Emma enjoys spending time with her family in Skåne, cooking, and traveling to discover new cultures and places.

Frans-Gorm Petersson

Analyst
Frans-Gorm is an analyst at AVA, focusing on financial communications and digital solutions. He is studying for a bachelor's degree in Business & Economics at the Stockholm School of Economics, specialising in finance and accounting. During his studies, he developed an interest in financial products and the financial industry, an interest that has deepened during his time at Avanza. This experience also gave him insight into how crucial clear and consistent communication is in a listed environment. Outside of work, Frans-Gorm enjoys playing and watching football, spending time with friends and family, and cooking.

Frida Dahlman

Analyst
Frida is an analyst at AVA, focusing on financial communications and investor relations. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and supplemented her studies with an exchange semester at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid. Frida previously worked as a Business Development Consultant at VAEKST, where she handled market segmentation, market analysis, and B2B business development, with a focus on identifying and creating new growth opportunities. This autumn she begins the final year of the master's programme in Finance and Strategic Management at Copenhagen Business School. Through her studies and earlier experience she has developed a strong understanding of financial analysis and corporate strategy. Beyond her interest in strategic communications and finance, Frida enjoys travelling, skiing, and discovering new restaurants around the world.

Greg McIvor

Senior Advisor
Greg is a senior writer and communications strategist. A former Stockholm correspondent for The Guardian and Financial Times, he has over 30 years' experience in media and communications. He has written for a wide range of companies and organizations across multiple sectors - from food production to pharma and mining to software. His specialist areas include external and internal communications, branded content and financial communications. Greg has a law degree from the University of Nottingham and a Westminster Press Diploma in Journalism. He enjoys playing padel and keeping fit. On weekends, you can find him with a long lens in nature following his passion for nature photography.

Gustaf Lindqvist

Associate
Gustaf is an analyst at AVA specialized in financial communication and investor relations. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Uppsala University and has also spent an exchange semester at Deusto Business School in Spain, studying international communication and global value chains. Previously, he has worked with concept and brand development in the restaurant industry. Gustaf has a great interest in the stock market and likes to analyze Swedish small caps. In his spare time, he spends a lot of time in nature, both in the mountains with skiing, but also in the Stockholm archipelago - preferably on a sailboat.

Gustav Nyberg

Analyst
Gustav is an analyst at AVA with a focus on digital solutions and financial communication. He holds a bachelor's degree in informatics with a specialisation in business development and management from Linköping University. This gives him a broad technical foundation and a keen interest in how technology and organisations develop together. Gustav has previous experience from Octapharma and Svenska Dagbladet. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, either by cooking food from different parts of the world or by gathering everyone around a board game.

Hanna Larsson

Analyst
Hanna is an analyst at AVA specialising in sustainability and financial communication. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on textile management from the Swedish School of Textiles in Borås and a master's degree in sustainable business from Örebro University. Hanna has completed a full-time internship as a sustainability specialist at the SaaS company Worldfavor, where she worked extensively with CSDDD, among other things. Most recently, she has worked in HR with a focus on social sustainability, among other things. Her master's thesis focused on Omnibus' impact on listed SMEs and their sustainability work. In her spare time, Hanna can be found with her nose in a book, at her sewing machine or at the gym.

Hilda Nilsson

Analyst
Hilda is an analyst at AVA specialising in sustainability and financial communication. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on sustainable development from SLU, the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, in Uppsala, as well as a master's degree in sustainable development from Uppsala University. Hilda most recently worked at the SaaS company Position Green, where she supported clients primarily in CSRD reporting. She has previously worked at PwC with auditing medium-sized companies and with preparatory reviews of double materiality analyses. In her spare time, Hilda enjoys spending time outdoors, skiing, reading books or having dinner with friends.

Linus Werner

Senior Associate
Linus is an analyst at AVA, specialising in financial communications, investor relations and PR. With his analytical skills and deep understanding of the stock market, Linus plays a central role in developing effective communication strategies and creating lasting relationships with the capital market. Linus has a solid background as a journalist with more than 10 years of experience, and has previously worked as a journalist in various roles at Dagens Industri and Aftonbladet. Linus has a master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Uppsala University, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University, and a journalism degree from Mid Sweden University. Outside of work, Linus is a devoted supporter of his two favourite football teams: AIK and Argentina's national team. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family, and keeping up to date with events on the world's capital markets.

Maja Lestrup

Analyst
Maja is an analyst at AVA, focusing on investor relations and financial communications. She holds a bachelor's degree in Retail Management from the Stockholm School of Economics and is currently studying for a master's degree in Business & Management there. Previously, Maja worked as an analyst at Allshares, where she focused on remuneration issues for listed companies and developed her expertise in financial analysis. She has also been involved in the Stockholm School of Economics' education through her board assignment in the education committee. In her spare time, Maja enjoys cooking, discovering new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and walking in Haga Park.

Maria Elena

Analyst
María Elena is an analyst at AVA with a focus on digital solutions and financial communications. She is studying radiation physics in the hospital physicist program at Stockholm University and has previously studied applied mathematics, statistics, and machine learning at the Universidad Nacional de San Martín in Buenos Aires. María Elena has a strong technical background with a particular interest in programming, AI, and machine learning. At AVA, she works on digital projects, internal business development, and process efficiency related to financial reporting. She also contributes to the agency's digital reporting and the development of its digital solutions. In her spare time, María Elena enjoys reading, playing the piano, and spending time with family and friends.

Mathilda Heindorff

Associate
Mathilda works as an associate at AVA specialising in sustainability and financial communication. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in sustainable business from Örebro University, where she also completed a full-time internship as a sustainability consultant at the communications agency Hallvarsson & Halvarsson. Mathilda comes most recently from Deloitte, where she mainly worked with the review of major listed companies' sustainability reporting. She also has experience in implementing CSRD and ESRS, including double materiality analyses and gap analyses. Mathilda is passionate about sustainability and is driven by helping companies navigate different directives and regulations. In her spare time, Mathilda likes to spend a lot of time at the gym, out in nature or with friends over a good dinner.

Matilda Hellström

Analyst
Matilda works as an analyst at AVA Corporate Communications with a focus on financial communication and digital solutions. She has previous experience from Avanza, where she gained a broad understanding of the business world and the importance of clear communication in a listed environment. This role sparked her interest in financial products and the financial industry. Matilda is studying the Bachelor's programme in Business & Economics at the Stockholm School of Economics, specialising in finance and accounting. Besides her studies, she enjoys travelling with friends and family to discover new places, and takes the opportunity to dive when travelling to warmer latitudes.

Patrik Oscarsson

Art Director
Patrik is an experienced designer with a long background in advertising agencies. His career has included work at prominent agencies such as DDB, Volt and Lowe. He has worked on everything from large campaigns to independent projects, including digital production and annual reports. Patrik has worked with companies such as Epiroc, Telenor, Danske Bank and Telia. With a passion for design and detail, Patrik has the ability to transform creative ideas into visually appealing projects. He has previously studied advertising at IIU Stockholm and Pace University in New York, as well as taking advanced courses in Photoshop and a course in typography at Berghs. Patrik also has a great interest in sports and is involved as a leader in football and ice hockey. In his spare time he likes to spend time in nature, on the boat or on the surfboard.

Rurik Oxenstierna Blomberg

Analyst
Rurik works as an analyst at AVA with a main focus on financial communication, sustainability and digital solutions. He has a high school degree in economics from Viktor Rydberg and has subsequently completed military service at Ledningsregementet. During his service, he had a leading role in both the platoon and the regiment through the trust organization. Rurik has previous experience in financial communication as a customer analyst at OnlineReports. In his spare time, he mainly spends his time on the golf course or on the football field.

Thomas Maupin

Senior advisor
Thomas is Senior Advisor and board member at Ava. Thomas has extensive experience from the credit market as a data scientist and analyst at Corpia. Thomas has an ongoing assignment as chief credit officer at Corpia and has a long and significant experience in credit risk. Thomas has an extensive education that includes a Baccalauréat Général en Série Scientifique from Lycée Francais Saint-Louis in Stockholm, as well as a Master of Science in Industrial Economics, an M.Sc. in Financial Mathematics and a B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. In his spare time, he spends time on the golf course with friends, with a book or taking a run.

Tora Nilsson

Analyst
Tora works as an Analyst at AVA, focusing on financial communication, sustainability, and digital solutions. She has a strong interest in business and accounting and is passionate about how financial reporting and digital tools can enhance corporate transparency and investor relations. Tora holds a Bachelor's degree in Business & Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and will begin her Master's studies there. During her studies, she completed strategy consulting internships at Navigio and Vadestra Strategy, as well as an Investment Banking internship at Pareto Securities, where she developed a strong analytical foundation and broad experience in strategy and corporate finance. Alongside her studies, Tora competed in karate at an elite level for many years. In her free time, she enjoys working out and exploring new recipes and flavors through her passion for cooking.
