AVA expands its sustainability team and welcomes two new sustainability analysts – Hanna Larsson and Hilda Nilsson

AVA Corporate Communications is proud to welcome Hanna Larsson and Hilda Nilsson to the team. Both will strengthen AVA's growing sustainability offering with a focus on CSRD reporting and integrated sustainability communication.

Hanna is an analyst at AVA specializing in sustainability and financial communications. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on textile management from the Swedish School of Textiles in Borås and a master's degree in sustainable business from Örebro University. Hanna has completed a full-time internship as a sustainability specialist at the SaaS company Worldfavor, where she worked with CSDDD, among other things. Most recently, she has worked in HR with a focus on social sustainability, among other things. Her master's thesis focused on Omnibus' impact on listed SMEs and their sustainability work.

Hilda is an analyst at AVA specializing in sustainability and financial communication. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on sustainable development from SLU in Uppsala, as well as a master's degree in sustainable development from Uppsala University. Hilda most recently comes from the SaaS company Position Green, where she primarily supported customers in CSRD reporting. She has previously worked at PwC with auditing medium-sized companies and with preparatory reviews of double materiality analyses.

At AVA, Hanna and Hilda will primarily work with the implementation of the EU's new sustainability directive CSRD, focusing on double materiality and reporting according to ESRS standards. They will also contribute to strategic projects where sustainability is integrated into financial communication and business strategy. Their experience with SaaS solutions and digital tools also enables them to help our clients streamline processes and make more data-driven decisions. As the EU taxonomy, CSDDD, and above all CSRD have made sustainability a strategic issue for listed companies and their stakeholders, the demands for transparency and standardized reporting are increasing.
