AVA Corporate Communications is pleased to welcome Isabella Adetun to the team. Isabella joins as an analyst focusing on sustainability and financial communications.
Isabella holds a master's degree in Environmental Social Science and a bachelor's degree in political science and economics from Stockholm University. She previously worked at Bliwa Livförsäkring as an insurance advisor and finance assistant, and at the Swedish Fintech Association, where she supported the association's member companies in navigating new EU regulations and compliance matters, and represented the business community in Swedish public consultation processes.
With her knowledge of and interest in how EU directives are applied in national environmental legislation, Isabella brings valuable perspectives to companies that have just started, or are about to start, applying the CSRD. Her experience of representing the business community in consultation work has also given her a sharp eye for how regulations and complex requirements are translated into concrete measures in practice, and how they are communicated to the market. At AVA, she will work primarily on sustainability projects, with a focus on reporting and upcoming compliance requirements such as the CSDDD.
