Do you want to work with sustainability and financial communications alongside some of the Nordics' most prominent listed companies? AVA Corporate Communications supports companies in matters relating to reporting, regulatory compliance, strategy and advisory within sustainability and financial communications. With our combined expertise across regulation, analysis, reporting and communications, we work closely with our clients. We are now looking for an analyst who wants to work with both sustainability and financial communications.
As an analyst at AVA, you are likely in the final stage of your studies or a recent graduate, ready to take the next step. Your role
In this role, you work closely with senior executives at listed companies across various industries. You contribute to strengthening both our clients' sustainability work and their financial communications towards the capital market. You ensure that they meet the requirements of the EU's sustainability directives and standards, and that their communication to the market is clear and credible.
You work both independently and in teams, and are expected to actively contribute to developing our business. Your insights and recommendations support our clients in navigating a fast-moving landscape and in delivering first-class communication towards the capital market.
Examples of responsibilities:

Advising on and preparing sustainability reports in accordance with CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards).

Monitoring, interpreting and applying sustainability-related regulations and frameworks, including CSDDD, the EU Taxonomy, Green Claims and SBTi.

Analysing and reviewing sustainability data, including quality control and data interpretation for reporting.

Conducting double materiality assessments to identify material sustainability matters.

Producing content for sustainability reports and the sustainability sections of interim reports and annual reports.

Preparing press releases, financial presentations and other capital market communications in connection with transactions and corporate events.

Developing messaging and positioning towards the capital market.

Preparing prospectuses and presentation materials ahead of listings and capital markets days.

Supporting the production and review of interim reports, year-end reports and annual reports.

Communicating clients' sustainability work to the capital market.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is in the final stage of their studies in sustainability and economics, or a recent graduate. You have a strong interest in sustainability, financial communications and the dynamics of the capital market, and enjoy analysing complex challenges and turning them into concrete solutions.
Your personality and ability to build relationships matter at least as much as your formal background. You are structured and thorough, with a creative drive and the ability to deliver high-quality work. You take ownership, while also valuing close collaboration with colleagues. Since every assignment is unique, flexibility, curiosity and analytical ability are important qualities in the role.
Key qualities:
- An understanding of sustainability, Swedish business and the capital market.
- Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You are a strong writer and find it easy to formulate and package messages in writing.
- Solid experience working with presentations in PowerPoint, building models in Excel and producing reports in Word.
Strong technical aptitude and an ability to quickly get to grips with new digital tools and software. - Experience with the Adobe Suite is a plus.
