AVA is seeking a driven analyst with an interest in financial communications and investor relations
We are looking for an analyst who can combine strategy, analysis and content production. Do you want to work with financial communication alongside some of the Nordics' most prominent listed companies? Our clients are primarily listed on Nasdaq and we assist them with everything from investor relations and capital markets communication to annual reports and sustainability reports.

Your role
In your role, you will work closely with senior executives at listed companies across various industries. You will play an important part in strengthening our clients' communication with the capital market through strategic analysis and advisory. You will help our clients develop clear messages, focus on the right stakeholders, and build or maintain trust in the capital market.
You will work both independently and in teams and are expected to actively contribute to developing our business by identifying opportunities and taking your own initiatives.
Your main tasks are:
- Production of annual reports, interim reports, prospectuses and sustainability reports.
- Communication to the capital market in connection with IPOs, transactions and corporate events.
- Development and implementation of IR strategies and messaging platforms for the capital market.
- Content production for presentations, press releases, workshops, investor meetings and roadshows.
- Development of investment cases and presentation materials for capital markets days.
- Analysis and monitoring of media, valuations, risk assessments and market trends.
- Support in stakeholder dialogues, materiality assessments and sustainability reporting in accordance with CSRD.
Your profile
Your personality and ability to build relationships are just as important to us as your CV and experience. As a person, you are positive and structured. Since we always put the client first, we look for someone with a natural business drive and an analytical mind. You are creative and come up with new ideas while always maintaining high quality in your work.
We are looking for someone who is in the final stages of their academic education or who has recently completed their degree, preferably with a financial focus. You should have a strong interest for both the capital market and strategic communication in various forms. Previous work experience in finance and sustainability is a merit.
To succeed in this role, it is important that you have:

A strong understanding of finance, Swedish business, the capital market and current global affairs.

Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You excel at writing and find it easy to formulate and package messages in text.

Good experience working with presentations in PowerPoint, building models in Excel and writing reports in Word.

Good technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools and programs. Experience with the Adobe suite is a merit.
