AVA is looking for a Junior Production Manager with an interest in structure, language and digital work.
At AVA, we are looking for a junior production manager who wants to develop their skills in project management and communication. The role is perfect for students or recent graduates who want to work part-time alongside their studies. You like order, processes and language, and enjoy working systematically with both people and details. You are the one who makes sure things get done, that materials are of high quality and that deliveries are made on time. With us, you will have the opportunity to work with several of the Nordic region's leading listed companies and be an important part of our team.
- Part-time
- Stockholm
- November
Your role
The work tasks are varied and you will support our consultants in both large and small customer projects. You will play a key role in coordinating processes, following up on materials and ensuring that everything meets high standards. Some of the work is independent, but you will mostly work on projects with a clear division of responsibilities and in close collaboration with colleagues.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support project management in our assignments, which include web production, annual and sustainability reports, digital solutions and brand development.
-
Manage and monitor customers' websites and ensure that they are always up to date, relevant and follow a structured update and maintenance schedule, especially when publishing news and press releases.
-
Coordinate translations between clients and external agencies, follow up on deliveries, and review texts to ensure linguistic and terminological quality.
-
Support our consultants in the production of annual and sustainability reports, for example by following up on materials, managing documentation and contributing to a clear structure in the work.
-
Assist with web production and digital content, where you will work hands-on with updates, documentation and structure in various systems.
- Contribute to order and flow in daily office work, for example by supporting the team with ongoing tasks related to projects, deliveries and customer contact.
- Participate in the development of our internal processes and tools. An interest in AI and digital development is an advantage, especially if you have ideas about how new technology can contribute to efficiency and quality in the workplace.
Your profile
Your personality is just as important as your CV. We are looking for someone who is organised, communicative and meticulous, and who enjoys juggling multiple tasks. You are someone who sees solutions rather than obstacles, and who thrives in an environment where pace and quality go hand in hand.
This role is suitable for students studying communication, languages, project management, economics or similar subjects who want to gain practical experience of working in a professional agency environment. Previous experience of coordination, administration, translation or agency work is an advantage but not a requirement.
To succeed in this role, it is important that you have:
-
Excellent ability to plan, structure and follow up on several parallel projects.
-
Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We expect you to be proficient in both languages at a professional level.
-
Language skills and accuracy in reviewing texts, translations and digital content.
- Very good computer skills and a structured, systematic approach to work.
-
Interest in digital tools and new technology, especially how AI can be used to streamline workflows and improve the quality of communication processes. We are actively working on our own AI initiatives, but you do not need any technical expertise as we have our own developers.
As our junior production manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute your own thoughts and ideas, take responsibility for clear deliveries and grow in the role. You will become an important part of our team and work in an environment where quality, responsibility and cooperation are central. We offer flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely when needed.
